Concept build. Hollyleaf Dental is a fictional practice, designed by MCK Web Studio to show what we would build for a real one.

Dentistry for people who put it off.

Two years or ten, the gap changes nothing about how we treat you. Come in, get the full picture in plain English, and decide what happens next on your own schedule.

  • Same-week visits for new patients
  • Open until 7 on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Written prices before any work starts

Before you call

The questions people don't ask out loud

The front desk hears every one of these weekly, usually in an apologetic voice. Here are the answers up front, so the phone call is easier.

"It's been six years. Am I going to get a lecture?"

No. About half our new patients open with some version of that sentence. Your mouth today is the starting point, the visit is about what you want to do from here, and nobody in this building is grading you.

"What is this actually going to cost me?"

Our prices are on this page, a little further down. Beyond the exam, nothing happens until you have a written plan with exact numbers in your hand, and the number you approve is the number you pay.

"I hate the drill. Honestly, I hate all of it."

Say so when you book, because it changes how the visit runs. We numb before anything sharp, we stop the moment you raise a hand, and you can wear headphones the whole time. A checkup itself involves no drill at all.

"Do you take my insurance?"

The plans we take are listed below, and we file the claims for you. We also check what your plan covers before treatment, so the estimate you approve already includes it. No insurance? There's a flat monthly plan instead.

Your first visit

One hour, no surprises

Here is the whole thing, minute by minute, because the worst part of a dental visit is usually not knowing what comes next.

:00

You walk in, the paperwork doesn't

Forms arrive by text when you book, so you fill them in from your couch. The front desk greets you by name, and there is no clipboard waiting.

:10

X-rays and a look around

A hygienist takes x-rays and photos of your teeth. Nothing in this part hurts, and if it has been years, this is where we find out exactly where things stand.

:35

You and the dentist, talking

Your dentist walks you through your own x-rays on a screen you can see, in plain English: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what is purely optional.

:50

A written plan, then the door

You leave with a printed plan and its prices. Book the next step at the desk, from home, or not at all. The plan stays on file either way, and nobody calls you to chase it.

In pain right now? That is a different visit. We deal with the tooth that hurts first, and if you call before 10am we can usually see you the same day.

The rooms above belong to a real clinic, photographed plainly. That is the bar for your build too: your practice, as it looks on a Tuesday.
Services

What things cost here

Most dental sites make you phone for a price. We think that is backwards: the price list is part of being looked after, so here it is.

Keeping teeth healthy

New-patient visit: exam, x-rays, cleaning$189
Cleaning and exam, returning$119
Child visit, under 13$89
Deep cleaning, per quadrant$240

Fixing what hurts

Tooth-colored filling$195 - 340
Ceramic crown$1,150 - 1,400
Root canal$850 - 1,150
Simple extraction$220

The smile you want

Whitening, in office$325
Whitening trays, take home$190
Veneer, per tooth$950
Cosmetic consult$0

Why we can print numbers this exact: you approve a written plan before work starts. If something changes mid-treatment, we stop and bring you a new number before going on.

Insurance

Answered before you have to ask

We take most PPO plans and we file every claim for you. Before your visit we verify your coverage and tell you what your plan pays, so the surprise bill dental insurance is famous for does not happen here.

  • Delta Dental PPO
  • Cigna PPO
  • Aetna PPO
  • MetLife
  • Guardian
  • Anthem
  • United Concordia
  • Humana PPO

On a real build this list holds the plans your practice actually takes, and we keep it current for you.

No insurance?

The Hollyleaf plan: $29 a month

Two cleanings, exams and x-rays a year, plus 15 percent off everything else we do.

No deductibles, no waiting periods. The plan exists because a third of our patients have no dental coverage, and going without checkups is how small problems become root canals.

Who you'll see

Three people, and you'll know all of them

Your dentist

The same dentist owns your chart at every visit and does the explaining in person: what the x-ray shows, what can wait, and what they would do if it were their own tooth.

Your hygienist

Cleanings go to the same hygienist each time whenever the calendar allows, so they already know your history, your sensitive spots, and that you prefer the numbing gel.

The front desk

A person, not a phone tree. They handle the insurance paperwork, the reminders, and the reschedules, without making you feel bad about the reschedules.

No headshots here, on purpose. In a real build this section shows your actual people, photographed in your actual practice.

Book a visit

Tell us what you need and when you're free. The front desk confirms by text within one business day.

Prefer to talk? Call us instead. A person answers.

This page is a concept, so the form goes nowhere. On the real site this request lands with the front desk, and your confirmation text arrives within the day.
