We scanned 242 practice websites

48% load trackers on their appointment, patient or contact pages. What does yours load?

We send you a one-page report in plain English: every tracker your pages load, where the visitor data goes, and where the site fails WCAG 2.1 AA, the accessibility standard federal web rules point to.

The fix can be us, your own web person, or nobody at all; the one-page report is yours free either way.

01 What we found

We measured how common this is.

In August 2026 we went through medical and dental practice websites in Northern Virginia: 265 attempted, 242 we could actually read. Every number below is out of those 242. We ran the scan ourselves, in a normal browser, logging what each page loads. None of these numbers comes from a vendor study.

48%

load ad or analytics trackers on their appointment, patient or contact pages.

32

carry the Meta pixel, Facebook's ad tracker, on intake pages.

16

run session recorders, tools that log a visitor's clicks and keystrokes.

We name no practice, here or anywhere else. A tracker usually arrives inside a website template or a marketing plugin, switched on years ago and forgotten, so the numbers describe the market rather than anyone's intent.

The free report answers the question that matters to you: what does your own site load?

02 What we do

We read your site, write down what we find, and fix what you approve.

No software to install and no access needed for the check itself. We work from the same public pages your visitors already see.

01

The scan

We load your public pages the way a visitor would and keep the log of what each one requests behind the scenes: ad trackers, analytics beacons, session recorders. We also check the pages against WCAG 2.1 AA, the accessibility standard federal web rules reference, for failures like form fields a screen reader cannot read or text too faint to make out.

02

The report

One page, plain English: which trackers load on which pages and where the data goes, plus the accessibility failures and where they sit. You can hand it to your attorney, your web person, or your current web company. If a fix is not for you, the one-page report is yours free either way.

Free, no obligation
03

The fix

You approve a written list before we touch anything. We remove or replace the trackers, repair the accessibility failures, and document the result so you can see what changed. One fixed price for the whole list, quoted up front, no hourly billing.

03 FAQs

Fair questions, answered plainly.

Is my website breaking the law?

We cannot tell you that, and we will not pretend to. We are a web studio, not a law firm. We can tell you what your pages load, where the data goes, and where the site fails WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility checks, in writing precise enough for your attorney or your web person to act on.

What is the federal accessibility deadline?

A federal rule sets a web accessibility compliance date for practices that bill Medicare, and it points to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. HHS extended the dates in May 2026: practices with 15 or more employees have until May 11 2027, and practices with fewer than 15 have until May 10 2028. Both dates are in the future. Your attorney or compliance officer can tell you whether the rule covers your practice; our report tells you where your site stands against that standard today, so whoever advises you starts from facts.

What is WCAG 2.1 AA?

The W3C, the group that sets web standards, publishes it, and the federal health and disability rules point to it. Level AA is the middle of three levels and the one those rules name. In practice it means a screen reader can read your pages out loud, your form fields carry real labels, your text has enough contrast against its background, and someone can book an appointment using a keyboard instead of a mouse.

What does the free report include?

One page: the tracking requests we observed on your pages and where they go, the accessibility failures we found and where they sit, and a plain-English note on each. You can hand it to your current web company and never talk to us again. It stays free either way.

Why is the report free?

Because it costs us little to produce and it is how we introduce ourselves. Some owners hand it to their own web person and we never hear back; some ask us to quote the fix. Both are fine outcomes.

How do you know what my website loads?

We open your public pages in a normal browser, the way a patient or customer would, and we keep the network log: every request each page makes and where it goes. We touch nothing beyond what any visitor with a browser already reaches, and your web person can reproduce the log in a few minutes.

What does the fix cost?

One fixed price, quoted up front from the report and based on what needs fixing on your site. No hourly billing and no surprise line items. If the report shows ten minutes of work, we say so.

Do I have to remove my analytics?

No. It depends on which pages the tool runs on. Marketing tools on your homepage or a services page are ordinary. The same tool on an appointment form or a patient portal is collecting something different, because that is where people type things about their health. We list every tool and the pages it runs on, and you decide what stays.

Will you need access to my website?

The report needs none; it comes from public pages. The fix needs whatever access your hosting or site platform requires, and we document every change we make so your web person can review each one.

For law firms

Remediation your client can put in the file.

We handle WCAG remediation for firms whose clients have to bring a site into conformance under a settlement or a demand letter. Fixed price, two to four weeks, and a before-and-after conformance report written for the file. You stay the client's point of contact, and we can work under your firm's name.
